Development Journey

Not a programme.
A development journey.

Every journey consists of four stages; its duration and intensity are personalised to the young person's stage of development.

01

Introduction and Mapping

We come to understand the young person's character, talents, interests and current development needs. The family and company context is analysed.

This stage brings together psychology-based assessments, family conversations and company analysis. The map of the journey is drawn from the young person's own reality.

02

Foundation Building and Field Experience

Experience within the family business begins, alongside core business competencies, first areas of responsibility and entrepreneurial work.

The young person gains experience across different units of the company; mentoring conversations become regular, and first entrepreneurial practices begin.

03

Independent Projects and Internationalisation

The young person develops their own projects, takes on real responsibilities, and expands their international experience and network.

Now leading their own project, the young person meets global mentors, gains overseas experience and begins building their own professional network.

04

Leadership and Future Position

The young person clarifies their own leadership approach, vision for the future, and the relationship they will build with the family business.

At this stage of the journey, the young person defines their own path: a role in the family business, their own venture, or a different career — as a conscious choice.

The journey begins with an introductory meeting.
